Frothers Coffee Roasters is a father-daughter business born from a shared love of caffeine and surfing that quickly grew into something much bigger. As surfers, we know there’s nothing like dawn patrol paired with a great cup of coffee. That’s why we set out to bridge the gap between coffee and surf lovers. At Frothers, we’re all about quality, sustainability, and good surf. We are stoked to say that our beans are ethically sourced and our bags are 100% compostable (yes, even the valve)! So whether you’re frothing the waves or frothing your milk, you’re always welcome in the Frothers community!

Audrey now lives in Wilmington NC where she is pursuing a BS in Marine Bio. She is a lover of music, vintage clothing and underwater photography. When she isn’t spending money on coffee, you can find her paddling out into the subpar surf that is provided by Wilmington’s beaches. Her favorite board in the quiver is a middy 7’4 ANY DAY board and her preferred form of coffee is cold brew.

Dan Ryan, Ph.D., is a coffee-loving eclectic who brings a unique blend of curiosity, energy, and perspective to everything he does. Dan embraces his ADHD super-power and thrives on exploring diverse interests—from his passion for math (his love language) to music. A believer in the harmony of Taoism, Dan is committed to seeing the world through a lens of balance and interconnectedness, always striving to make life richer, one equation, playlist, or cup of coffee at a time.
